Ordered these and they came poorly installed. I had to bring them back in to have their properly re-installed. Luckily they were able to fix the issue promptly (Customer Service is great), although I would've appreciated a proper installation the first time around.

Arrived quickly, but without instructions. These guys instantly gave link to the video and it was so easy to put together. We even used the thicker vinyl for outside and it is no problem! Looks great, retracts with ease! So excited to have it and for such a fraction of the cost!
