Before uploading your files, make sure that they are PRINT READY. You can use our
templates and design guidelines to create your artwork.
Once you submit your artwork, our graphics team will review the file for image quality, color, and size. If there are any artwork issues our graphics team will contact you in regards to artwork issues through email only. They are not currently able to discuss artwork issues over the phone.
If you would like to
pre-approve image quality, and color, you will need to add this request at the time of artwork submission. If this is requested, our
graphics team will ONLY check for your artwork size; You will not be notified of any quality or color issues,and Signworld Canada will not be responsible for artwork issues once printed. If artwork was submitted, with pre-approval, before 1pm Eastern and the size is incorrect your files will not be produced.
You will be required to rectify all sizing issues to have your artwork proceed to production.
